"Need to look into have more staff. Looks like having only one person managing the front desk and many other things makes it impossible to meet the expectations. Front desk staff was very helpful, but appeared stressed out and overwhelmed. Needs to fix the bathroom doors and the bathroom seat was loose and dirty looking. Breakfast didn’t have enough items, especially for a holiday weekend. It should have been planned in a better way."

"We booked this property for my Mother’s 80th birthday celebration. The whole family was able to stay at one location to enjoy fossil rim, dinosaur valley and dinners in Fort Worth and locally. The property is immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grounds were astounding a beautiful. We hiked, used the giant game barn, the hot tub and the comfortable sitting areas. Plenty of bathrooms and space for 10 people. Instructions and communication was perfect. Strongly recommend this...

"The house is beautiful, clean and well kept. All beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the view from pool and patio area. We caught some beautiful sunrises, sunsets and full moons. It was very quiet and relaxing. For clarification, the house seems like an original home and a gorgeous add on (almost 2nd wing). There are 5 bedrooms with queen beds, their own bathroom and shower. Two living rooms and kitchens. The second living room has 6 Murphy style bunk beds. So they can be put up during the day....

"Everything seemes pretty good during most of the day. The pool was not available and dirty but we understand if it wasn't available although we expected to use it when we reserved. The room looked clean enough with usefful ameneties like mini fridge, microwave, Iron with its board. The problem was when we tried to fall asleep and we found a cricket in our slippers, then a tiny roach in the bathroom and shortly after a beetle crawling on the carpet next to our bed. Front desk told us there wasn't...
