"We stayed here because it is a 2 min walk to the Lowry. The metro brought us straight to the hotel from Manchester Picadilly, just 1 min walk. The reception and bar staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good value for the cost and the breakfast staff were exceptional. The bedroom was extremely clean and tidy and the beds were comfy. "

"Perfect walking distance from bars, restaurants and the main shopping district. Its located beside Manchester Victoria Station, which is perfect for people using the direct BeeNetwork Tram to and from Manchester Airport."

Shower didn't work properly as the temperature tap was broken (not the heat limiter that they also apparently have on all showers, ours couldn't get colder either). Overall for the price it's great value for money, and had we been staying longer than a night I'm sure the shower issue would have been sorted by staff. "

"We literally checked in and slept bed was comfy had a good nights sleep, awoke refreshed and ready for our day in Manchester. Room was clean stocked with tea for a relaxing cuppa, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was as good as always in a Novotel, the hotel has had a makeover since the last time we visited."
