Really bad service. No food choices available, everything on the menu out of stock, staff rude and unhelpful. Only good thing is location to old Trafford. Better places to stay in the area.

Met all expectations for this level of property. You know what you get with a holiday inn, and this didn't disappoint. Plenty of options at breakfast, including gluten free (just ask). Negative was no alternative milk varieties.
