"I loved staying here- clean facility and friendliest staff. Especially front desk. Male Hispanic was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is for the gym facility. It had a very strange odor and the tvs and a/c in there didn't work. Otherwise great hot tub and comfy rooms."

"Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

"We just needed a quick place to sleep, and this worked well. The place is a bit dated, but it was clean, felt safe, and the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly."

"When I arrived at the hotel to check in l, the staff informed me I had booked for the incorrect day. While I was standing at the front desk I told the person I would cancel that reservation and immediately rebooked to stay that evening. I was told to contact Expedia regarding a refund. I did contact Expedia, who contacted the hotel and they refused to refund me for the cancellation, even though I rebooked that same night. I’m extremely disappointed in the hotel management for their decision."

"We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in North Aurora, IL, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. When we first arrived, the room had a strong foul odor, but we decided to just deal with it and move on. Later that night around 10 PM, we discovered dog poop in the room. At that point, the staff did move us to another room, but the replacement room only had a single king bed instead of the two-bed room we originally booked for my wife, daughter, and me. "We come to town for concerts at the Arcada and always stay here. This time, we traveled with our dog, and they were very accommodating. We requested a first-floor room so we could easily go in and out with our dog and they made that happen. It's in a nice area with a variety of restaurants nearby and a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown."
