"Beautiful hotel grounds, staff are extremely friendly, rooms are very clean but a little dated - the bathtub and shower had very obvious signs of wear with cracked tiles, very old and outdated shower taps, stains and scratches on the bottom of the tub. The provided toiletries gels were a lovely quality (The White Company) and the view from the room was so gorgeous. The stay was quiet and we barely heard other guests or noise from outside. "The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! "

"We stayed at this apartment over a weekend and we absolutely loved it. The decor is modern, it was very clean and comfortable. The surprise on arrival was very thoughtful and appreciated. The location is spot on right near the docks and the city centre. The host also provided us with clear instructions and messaged to ask if everything was ok. Definitely would recommend this place."
