"The room was clean. I emptied the dehumidifier in my room after 24 hrs, you could almost smell the mold. I wouldn't stay too long. We were there two nights. They need to fix that problem but the place was clean and staff were very nice."

Which were very small, Then people start putting trash by tbe ice machine, in the hallways For people who stay longer than 2 days need to be able to empty there trash. To me its laziness on the part of the hotel . Dont want to provide community trash cans for there guest. Dont want to empty them. Found one trash can out side the hotel and was full and trash falling out."

"Room had stain and cobweb covered walls and the bedspread had multiple black stains. Zero water pressure in the shower and the towels were thin to point of almost useless. I was given the wrong room number on the printed out sheet upon checking in and the employee snapped at me when I went to see why my key didn’t work. Overall garbage experience in a musty smelling building that badly needs updating."

"At check in after prepaying via Expedia for my stay they charge a $50.00 fee at the hotel. The room was clean but smelled musty. The bed and sheets was amazing. The location was good too. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was way too hot. Breakfast was fair. Biscuits and gravy was good. Eggs weren't so good. Waffles were ok. Plenty of coffee. "I guess they were doing some updates at the hotel. They did not have any non-smoking rooms. Paint in the tub/shower was peeling in moat areas. Tight quarters for the toilet and tub in same "closet". Only need it for one night thankfully."

"We stayed here one night before a flight. We had a car to return so didn't use the shuttle. The room was clean and well laid out (we had a suite with a sofa). There was plenty of room for us to do some repacking. The staff were helpful and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The price was good too. We would stay again if we needed to fly in or out of CVG airport. "

"Very affordable place to stay but, attracts a lot of arrogant neighbors. They have no respect for other people above, next you, or below you. Last night from 7 pm on June 22, 2026 to 6 am on June 23, 2026 I had the worst night at a hotel ever in my life. The people above me were arguing and throwing things and stomping on the floor the entire night into the morning. Cops came but didn’t do anything. Front desk staff said they would be removing them but it never actually happened. I had to call...
