Room was ok… price was right. Make sure to confirm a ride to the airport when you check out as they had to call the shuttle driver to come and get us. The shuttle wasn’t automatically there when we requested it at check in.

The other guests children were running up and down the halls screaming, i know they are housing homeless ,and thats fine, they should still be respectful of other guests, and they are careless when it comes to parking because my car door was damaged by their carelessness.. the room was clean but the heating n air system was not working right..no i wont go back there

Very noisy. The guests in the room above were walking around at 4am. Coukd hear every step. Lint in the bedding. Sink faucet moved, and toilet ran. Staff was very friendly.

They've got roaches. I left the number for their local Orkin. Carpet is ripped up on edges. Fridge looked like they got it off the street. TV remote didn't work and TV needed a good cleaning. Staff was ok. Surrounding areas for shopping and dining very good.

Got of price, but as expected

The service was Prompt, professional, and friendly. The cleanliness of the room was pretty bad: musty/smoky smell, live bugs, blood stains on window sill, stained carpet, pillow case on floor.

I dont understand why this hotel has such a bad evaluation note. It is clean, confortable and with a very kind staff. It is not a 5 stars hotel at the beach, but it gives wht it promisses.

The Microtel that Could

I noticed that there is a remodel in progress, so that will soon fix the disrepair. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, though.

Used to stay here all the time when I visit but the cleanliness of it has been going downhill. I might give it one more chance. If not any better next time; I won’t be back. The rooms and grounds really need to be cleaned. The rooms are never ready at 3:00 pm anymore. Asked me to come back in an hour. I hate to say all this because I really used to like the convenience and location. The bed was comfortable. Thanks and good luck.

Parking area was well lit and seemed safe to me room and whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke light fixtures and sprinklers were broken no remote for tv in let shower run for 15 minutes water never got hot i was in room 208 but it was convienient but what should i expect for 60 bucks a night i will never ever patronize this establishment again

Okay for price

Room & Beds were okay. Breakfast was good. Room was a bit run down but okay for price in that area. Towels were great big & fluffy. Phone in room did not seem to work & no smoke detector which I didn’t care about as I didn’t need either but just goes to show lack of attention.

Okay but could be better

Card didn’t work the whole time of my stay, that’s probably a temp. But the microwave oven and freezer is pretty small. Please take trash out everyday or put large bin outside so we can use. The bath tub made noises when we use. Close to CVG airport, good restaurants close by.
