"I could hear every sound from the hallway and from the 6th floor and all above average street noise. The staff were non-conscious, the sheets and towels were clean (could smell the bleach), soiled furniture, no USB ports, separating grout-the only reason I did not depart was due to the location of the garage where my vehicle was parked. I usually request a late check-out when out of town, I left before check-out time."

"Room is decent, safe in the room is broken. they’re extremely under staff. Upon arrival I requested a microwave, I called and checked with them in person at the lobby for 4 times. It took them more than 3 hrs to deliver the microwave up to my room. I have to say the staff at front desk is helpful, however he’s the only person around if you need help. The main reason we picked this hotel is the indoor pool. When we get there just to find out the pool water is super cloudy and no one is using it....

"The hot water faucet in the sink was not working. The shower pressure was very bad. The air conditioner was not working properly in room. It was set at 68 but the room was 77 and not getting cooler. "

"Our shower was hot, only the first time we showered. The next two, were borderline cool/cold which was TERRIBLE FOR US. Granted, everything else was fine but the cold showers really ruined it for us"

"First, I’d like to say the staff was great—no complaints there at all. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the room itself was subpar. I understand this location is an older bank converted into a hotel, and while I can appreciate the nostalgia and character, it still felt very much like an old building in ways that impacted comfort. The carpet appeared extremely dirty, and the drapes did not seem clean. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, particularly...

"It was ok. The valet staff was very good. The front desk was nice on the way in. I called down later to ask whether they had any non-down, thinner pillows. She answered and said “hang on a minute” and then proceeded to talk to someone else in my ear about other stuff and then seemed really confused about what I meant about the pillow, and then said she’d have someone look into it. I was pretty sure nobody was coming and they never did. I used a folded towel for a pillow."

"The staff were soooooo BOMB! They were so welcoming and professional. They provided us with good laughs and had that place moving like a well oiled machine during the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay there again. There concession area was awesome as well."
