"Loved everything about the property and stay. Only comment is that they turned our key off before checkout time at 11 am so we could not get up to the room in the elevator or into the room to get our bags without getting our key updated."

"Couch in room was pretty nasty. Stains and a nail coming out of side. Rug stains also. Need queen size beds size of room was great so could definitely use a bigger bed. "

"Had to pay $25 to park for 48hrs in the connected parking garage. The entrance to the hotel was packed and it looked like a very long time to wait. I didn't ask about being reimbursed for parking. I should have inquired before my stay."

"Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the area in which the hotel was. Unsafe and dirty. Definitely do not recommend walking around alone. People in the streets smoking pot...thats all we could smell. People sleeping outside hotel and people hanging out on all street corners. Its Baltimore, so I kind of knew what to expect but this was really bad and as i mentioned before, unsafe."
