"The place is very nice. Quiet, onsen, kitchen, rooms, it is the entire apartment. Clean, easy to check in even though its self check in. Just print all your instructions. Now, even with the kitchen, there isnt too much of a option to get food to cook. ImBus to get there can be confusing for foreign visitors but once you figure it out, it is easy. Really enjoyed Hakone and this place made it even more enjoyable."

"Onsen and footbath in the room/balcony in a private setting plus projector and the location are all worth the price.
Flexibility in checkout time by even an hour was not entertained and in general no changes post reservation.
Some snacks and drinks were complimentary and a nice tpuch. If you plan to cook, bring all ingredients for cooking including oil, salt, pepper."
