"The man at the front desk during the evening was super kind and helpful. Someone I was traveling with got a little ill and he was very understanding and helped me get what I needed to clean the room and get it situated. We had a steeply discounted rate via Expedia so I believe we were put in an outdated room (other rooms were open and I could see they were updated). My bed was broken too lol, but it was clean. There was a legitimate roach (Asian roach NOT a seasonal FL wood roach/palmetto bug)...

"My kids and I very much enjoy the comfort of the room as well as the clean pool and clean grounds. Lots of close by restaurants and breakfast was decent. I would stay here again"

"It’s a shame that on the day I checked out it was 10:50am when I asked for a cup of coffee the gentleman said free coffee is over at 11am- I said well it’s not time yet he said we are out of coffee. I understood what he was implying so I walked away."

"Bed was extremely comfortable, But cleanliness could definitely improve. Sink was leaking, I wiped up water from floor, the the towel was black from the dirt from bathroom floor."

"We had a wonderful time. The room were very clean the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.They make sure that you were comfortable . I asked for extra bed it was there in a timely manner,I asked for a huge favor to use the dining room tables to have lunch with friends it was granted The breakfast was delicious. Parking was available and safe.we could have not been more happier staying at the comfort suite I would recommend it to anyone 100%...

"The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. The hotel is connected to Piasno's pizza for a late night dinner and the pizza was excellent!"
