Panicked because I live 7 hours away, I called them and Taylor was super sweet and understanding! She promptly found my keys and gave me instructions on how to get them back to me! Thank you so much for making this process so easy and for the warm and welcoming stay! "

"This hotel is VERY good alternative to staying nearby the historic district, which can be expensive on certain dates. The historic district is at barely 10 min driving, which is nice. Recommended."

"We stayed 3 days! Myself, husband, Mom, and Father in Law..we got 2 seperate rooms. We asked them to put us downstairs and next to each other, the guy at the desk was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. He jumped right in and got us 2 rooms downstairs and next to each other. The rooms were VERY CLEAN, stocked with towels, beds were clean with lots of pillows. The refrigerator, and microwave were clean. The staff was super friendly! My next trip to St. Augustine we are definitely booking with this motel. I give it 20 stars 🌟!"
