Our room was clean...no funky smells. My only complaint would be when the housekeeper came into the elevator with us w/ her cart and vacuum. Her vacuum stunk so bad we nearly puked. That...

"It was not in a good location it looked very run down and I did not feel safe so I did not stay. Expedia did not help me to get my money back I called and they were no help. "

"I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."

"The room was very clean (this is coming from a former Executive Housekeeper). I was really surprised that they actually provided service and clean towels daily as I have not found this in a hotel in quite some time. We had one dinner and one breakfast and they were great. Everyone we encountered was super nice and accommodating. I would stay here again. "

"The rooms were exactly what you would expect for an extended stay at a hotel. Had all the amenities that we needed. I will say for whatever reason this particular extended stay hotel does not clean your room daily they clean it weekly so it does function like an extended stay hotel if you’re staying for a week your room will not be cleaned."

The room smelt like cigarettes even though it should have been non-smoking. Tile broken in the elevator. And the room had water damage in the bathroom. Maintenance definitely not kept up. "
