"my disappointment was regarding the excessive noise caused by housekeeping during my stay at your hotel. Starting from around 8:30 a.m. every morning, the housekeeping staff began cleaning the rooms on our floor. Unfortunately, this involved repeatedly slamming room doors and using vacuum cleaners in the corridors for an extended period of time. The room was comfortable and well-decorated, the included breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had anywhere, the staff very friendly and helpful with ideas for spas, and the in-house massage excellent. "This is a wonderful, unique place to stay! I recommend the Riverview rooms. The view was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! "Our third time staying at this classic old hotel, where every room is different. The beds are very comfortable. The decor is classic and cozy. The breakfast spread is amazing.
