"Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at the Neruda from check-in to check out all was really great. Checked in late as flight was delayed- Christina was so welcoming and friendly. Room 32 was just so beautiful with view onto street and all amenities you need for a short break. Breakfast daily was the most outstanding quality and clean environment I’ve ever encountered! Sadly we were not able to view the spa as they told us it was fully booked for our entire stay which was sad but...
