"Our room was in an attic like section of the hotel with slanted ceilings so steep I could not stand up in the shower, could not sit in any of the furniture and the only window was about 18"X18". The mattress was old and saggey. The bathroom was miniscule. None of this resembled the Expedia descriptions. The location is incredible next to the castle and overall building is beautiful. But I feel that I was cheated for what I paid for and what I received. I told all of this to the manager at...

"This is not a hotel with a lobby or staff on site. You are given your code to get into the building the day of and there is no airport shuttle or luggage storage. The room was clean and there were 3 actual twin beds so that was nice but the decor and furniture are dated. It is very close to the castle so also a plus. One of our beds was extremely loud with very squeaky springs. We were not able to control the ac ourselves so we had to open windows but the street noise is very loud."
