"All was great, except we thought we had paid for an upgraded room. While it did have a balcony, it overlooked the parking lot rather than the village, with a tight configuration at the window. One staff member was particularly helpful, giving us great advice on hikes."

"Top quality hotel in a brilliant location, absolutely loved it here.
We didn’t find a better bar to have a drink in or a better restaurant to eat in, all perfect… with a wonderful view over the lake too!
The leisure facilities really helped too, the pool was a proper pool you could actually swim in!
My only (very slight) observation might be that it did look a bit tired in places, with a bit of paint peeling off here and there."

"The staff are the making of this hotel - excellent - only problem we encountered was ordering for evening meal as we sat at our table for 45 minutes before we were told that we had to order at the bar - would suggest a notation on the menu would resolve this.
All in all, a very enjoyable stay."

"We stayed in the Love Haven which was lovely and we had a lovely stay but have to give a bad review on the basis we went to shower in the morning before check out and noticed water was dripping through one of the lights downstairs. We immediately turned it off due to health and safety. When we reported to reception we were told oh yeah maintenance know about it but it’s a big job. When I queried this being a health and safety issue, I did not get a response. They also did not seem bothered that...

"The room was very spacious and functional with lots of coffee, tea, soaps and towels. The room was quite clean but there was limescale build up on some parts of the bathroom.
Staff was helpful but we had a breakfast"
