It is located very close to key sites and there are great restaurants and bars nearby (our city tour guide pointed the whole tour to the adjacent street). The downtown area of Santiago is suffering a bit in general and we were very cognisant of our safety but didn’t have any issues. Despite this would definitely stay again. "

is in front of the hotel! But it doesn’t matter because the staff is terrible, they are rude, they give you support as they are making you a favor! If you are looking for a relaxing time I don't recommend it!"
