"Extraction fan in bathroom didn’t work.
The body wash was empty even after they provided fresh towels/toilet paper.
Beds were not made the next day.
Drawers in the kitchenette did not open and close properly.
There was no sink and we had to fill the jug in the bathroom/toilet sink.
Value for money but would spend a little more and stay elsewhere "

"My go-to place to stay in Christchurch. Easy to get around from when you've got a car, otherwise a half hour-ish flat walk to Riverside Markets. Really rate local eateries AFG and Portershed that are down the road."

"I left an item in my room and the staff were very helpful, contacting me to let me know and arranging return.
Everything needed in room and very close to Wolfbrook centre. Quiet in motel. "

"Lovely staff members, friendly and welcoming. The motel room was quite spacious and clean. The property is on a convenient bus route for the airport, botanical gardens and the CBD. There were laundry facilites on site."

"We flew in on Saturday from Auckland for a birthday, ubered to motel, checked into a studio room to drop off 1 small overnight bag around 5.00pm. Left on uber at 5.20 for celebrations and returned at 11pm, big party next door to our room, with really loud music. Party finished at around 1am(im guessing they went out)Checked out at 0510 the Sunday am as we had a 0615 flight home.This was okay for an overnight stay however there was no towels, hand towels.
We were then emailed on Sunday saying...
