"We only stay for one night so it was ok however wouldn’t want to stay any longer as the double room is more like single with double bed in it. It’s so hot in the room it was difficult to sleep and although they provide a fan I found that to be quite noisy. It needs some updating as some of it is looking tired. Also windows could do with some cleaning and maybe picking up all the paper rubbish from behind the bed! Last thing the floor is really creaky it gets annoying after awhile. On the plus...

"Welcome was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely large room with super wet room. Breakfast was delicious and had a super view of the sea whilst eating. Area was busy but quiet both in our room and the dining area. We will most definitely visit again."

"I mistakenly booked our room for Monday through Friday so I had to add Sunday night to our booking. Unbeknownst to me, I booked a different room. In lieu of dragging our luggage to a different room, we decided to stay where we were ( in the basement). That was a big mistake because we began to smell a strong odor of mold. "Great breakfast choices, amazing staff and a beautiful view! Downside: -Despite paying over £250 for a night, the bed was in a bad condition. The right hand side was unbearable to sleep on!"

"Avoid this host. Daniella refused to let us check in on arrival, claiming our ID photo quality wasn’t good enough — something never mentioned in the booking terms or beforehand. We were left without accommodation during our holiday in Brighton with no warning and no alternative offered. She promised a full refund on the spot. That refund has still not arrived. Wasted time, ruined part of our holiday, and still chasing money back. Stay well clear."

"Good location - right near the sea and easy to walk into town. Easy to check in as it is simply a case of using the codes that are messaged on the day. Fairly basic room and bathroom, but it was only a place to sleep so didn't spend much time in the room other than that. I didn't hear anything from other guests so must have been fairly soundproof."
