Perfect weekend

Had a lovely weekend at the White House, perfect location and the room was perfect. The owner was quick to reply to messages and sent a hairdryer over when it was missing. Overall a really great stay and we will be back!

This is a beautiful little hotel in a lovely location. It was exactly as described and really well thought through. I would 100% recommend. Ps the mattress in seaview room needs to be changed but certainly doesnt remove any stars or high praise.

Super easy to check in, property was lovely & clean, convenient to nice bars and restaurants and easy walk to City centre. Bathroom toiletries were great. Few little areas behind TV and wardrobe that need a bit of TLC but would definitely stay again. Owner contacted us beforehand to confirm a few details which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Recently refurbished to high standards, with every square inch used effectively (it is cosy, but it's a sleeping place). Close to city centre and marina / pier, in a quiet street. Impeccably clean. Fair price for Brighton especially given the great condition of the room.

the room was dinky but perfect for one person and convenient to getting everywhere. It was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable - hotel standard. The street was quieter than anticipated so I was relieved to get a good night's sleep. Will stay again.

Nice quiet place to stay

Great place to stay just outside of central Brighton but and a short walk to everything. No elevator so getting heavy bags up the narrow stairs is tricky. But rooms are nice and relatively spacious and the property is quiet and clean.

OK, but ridiculous rating

Cleanish rooms, good communication by phone when checking in. OK location, nice neighbourhood. But, rooms are tiny, hardly possible to open a suitcase. Difficult to navigate luggage up steep staircase. No air condition, no fridge and noisy street. Not what one expect from a hotel rated above 9. Overpriced. Not what we were looking for. Sorry.
