"The hotel needs TLC in a few areas. But on the whole, it's very clean. The staff are outstanding. The swimming pool is a lot smaller than the photo on the site shows. Get 8 people in it and it's full. If you're vegan or veggie, I would say eat somewhere else. When I asked if they changed their veggie option on the menu daily? I was told NO as all the chef knows how to cook. Room service after 9 pm, the chef can make a sandwich, but cannot do a bowl of Ice cream. (Pathetic) The rooms are small....

"So happy. Was given a tiny roomwith a wall for a view. I requested a bit more space for my grandaughter amd was moved to a different room. Great view and more space to spread out toys. The bathroom was a bit tired, toilet roll holder broken and stains to ceili gs, bit overall good. I would like to add I expected to be right neat thr beach by the advertising. We were not expcting a windy cliff walk down. But maybe I should have doen some research. Loved thr use of the indoor pool next door. "

"We stayed in a family room which was on the third floor. The both lifts were out of order and had been for sometime apparently. This made it a bit tricky with 2 children's stuff for 2 days and having to carry it up 2 flights of stairs. The hotel itself is looking tired in places. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. "The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us. My husband is disabled and a wheelchair user - the only minor thing was the access to the bathroom with a wide doorway was perfect, unfortunately this means a large door swinging into the bathroom making wheelchair movement difficult. Perhaps a sliding door should be installed "

"We very much enjoyed the upstairs pool, i believe there is a fee for the pool & jacuzzi on lower ground. Restaurant was lovely, polite and helpful staff. Our AC wasnt working properly, even when the gentleman came and fixed it, it wasnt really cool, but not an issue as was quite cool for june. If i were to share some constructive criticism, it would be a lovely touch to have a mini fridge in the deluxe & superior rooms! " My daughter and I had a wonderful 2 days at the NICI. Our bedroom was beautiful , with soft and comfortable linen, the shower was scary , it was slippy and felt like I was drowning . The hand held shower took a life on its own, and reared up and wet me and the bathroom .the shower gels were empty. "Lovely room with beautiful view that I wasn’t expecting. Easy to get to beach, town etc without need to take car out . Lovely food served in sister restaurant with full use of there facility’s. All staff were friendly and very attentive would definitely stay again 😁"

"Yes this hotel is a bit dated but we didn’t care about that. The staff were all lovely, the location is fabulous and the food was excellent. We would 100% stay again. One tiny criticism, the bins on the outside terrace were overflowing and seagulls were fighting over the pizza scraps. "
