"Yes this hotel is a bit dated but we didn’t care about that. The staff were all lovely, the location is fabulous and the food was excellent. We would 100% stay again. One tiny criticism, the bins on the outside terrace were overflowing and seagulls were fighting over the pizza scraps. "

" My daughter and I had a wonderful 2 days at the NICI. Our bedroom was beautiful , with soft and comfortable linen, the shower was scary , it was slippy and felt like I was drowning . The hand held shower took a life on its own, and reared up and wet me and the bathroom .the shower gels were empty. We went to the Spa and used the jacuzzi , when we turned it on the jets erupted like a volcano , the water pressure was too high. we laughed so much , it was like being on a rollacoaster.The dining...

"The hotel needs TLC in a few areas. But on the whole, it's very clean. The staff are outstanding. The swimming pool is a lot smaller than the photo on the site shows. Get 8 people in it and it's full. If you're vegan or veggie, I would say eat somewhere else. When I asked if they changed their veggie option on the menu daily? I was told NO as all the chef knows how to cook. Room service after 9 pm, the chef can make a sandwich, but cannot do a bowl of Ice cream. (Pathetic) The rooms are small....
