"El hotel tiene todo el acceso completamente autónomo lo cual es un poco extraño al inicio pero muy práctico si tus horarios de llegada se retrasan.

"We arrived having spent 7 days in Playa Mujeres, 1 day in Isla Mujeres and 3 days in Holbox. This was without doubt the worst hotel and biggest disappointment of the trip.
The check in process was most unfriendly, no explanation of amenities or care for us as guests. We arrived at 2.40pm and could not check in, we were told to sit and wait in the lobby until 3.
The rooms and the hotel in general are really really worn and outdated, certainly so far from the 5 star luxury it aims to claim. It was...

"I always try to be fair when I put reviews. We picked this hotel based on reviews and distance from the airport, as well there were only few choices available around the airport.
read the reviews when I was booking, the firts ones very nice and high scores.
Sadly, I got the worse rooms, beds, air conditioning… To be honest I think I was scammed; the pictures shown in the internet don’t match with the rooms I saw.
I traveled with my husband and two daughters, the first room assigned smelled...

"Resort was clean and very pretty the staff was friendly however the food was terrible and very expensive, $55 for one persons breakfast at the buffet is crazy. The food ruined it for me lol"
