"Considering that Luton is not the place it used to be, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern the hotel was. Our 2 night stay was great, however I do think coffee should be a free perk whenever you stay in any hotel anywhere. They did have coffee up in the room, but the coffee downstairs in the communal breakfast area was only available with the purchase of breakfast; this should have been available for free. "The breakfast was excellent however I had To clean the breakfast table myself & watch painfully as staff picked up 2 glasses at a time & left the table unclean . The room ….. I found a.stain must be Tea on the top of the bed & then my partner found a Toe nail on the top of the duvet! The bed side lights did not work at all had to have main light on !"

"The room was clean and the staff at the reception were very helpful . I can’t remember their names but we checked in on the 29th of August ,2026 at 3:30pm . The breakfast was lovely too and there was free parking ."
