"Beautiful and easy access to the beach! Parking could be a problem at the property, but a lot is across the street. My room was clean, but when I arrive bagged garbage was sitting outside the room at 4:30 p.m. and the Waste Can was overflowing with thrash. No hair dryers were provided so folks need to know to bring their own. No hand or bar soaps in our room, but the front desk was glad to give us some. "Everyone had a good time and a nice place to stay. It's easy to see how a very popular spring break location could have troubles with guests. I'm very happy things went well, I the 43 year old man who booked the stay am the only one who drinks beer. Not to party I simply enjoy the beverage. It worked out great for those kids! "

"After reading the reviews and seeing the rating, I wasn't expecting much. I wasn't disappointed. For me, the oceanfront location made up for what the facilities lacked in appearance. This place offers a great oceanfront view at a reasonable price, in comparison to other beachfront properties. This is not a place of luxury.
