My suggestions: 2 managers standing there need to be able to check in guests. Pre assign room cards for prepaid guests express checkin line. Lobby add more chairs. Zero paper print copy find simplify checkin. Hotel is not a bank, no need to guard guest or their room like $5000 jewelry. "

"I stayed at Mira for two nights. I love its convenient location and helpful staff. The short walking distance to MTR station is just plain awesome. They let me use the Spa's shower after my long flight but too early to check in. The bed was comfortable and the gym is adequate. Shower has multiple heads and good water pressure. I would definitely stay there again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."
