"I love this hotel, I stay 2-3 nights each week and the staff all know me and are super helpful and professional. In a 5 star hotel, it’s the service that sets the hotel apart and that’s so true here. Rooms wise, the facilities are gorgeous and very well designed I wish the clientele weren’t so ghetto, but the rooms are soundproofed so I don’t normally hear the partying going on. "We stayed on a Sunday evening so probably less busy than many days. Plenty of parking which was free if you registered at the hotel for 24 hours from arrival so we had time to visit the cathedral on the morning of our departure. Staff were welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a modernised suite. King sized bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient with a fair degree of choice but would have been great if coffee machine available for more choice than just filter...

"Eastwell Manor is simply a stunning property with a beautiful building. We were unable to avail ourselves of any of the spa options, but there are many. We enjoyed our time immensely. Both evenings we dined in the bar, which has an extremely limited menu. If we had one complaint that would probably be the one. The staff was extremely accommodating."
