"Arrived at 10AM for check-in, although Many others were provided rooms before 3pm, we were delayed until 3:30Pm, and then provided a room with single bed, when double beds specifically reserved, and requested at check-in. Waited 3 hours for mattress for sofa to be delivered. Dinner reservations made with front desk, and confirmed. Were actually Not made with the restaurant, and again we waited extended period. Hotel is Nice, service was terrible. "

"Clean room, friendly staff , resort could use updating. No information about property or restaurants given at check in. Beach had lots of seaweed which I know can’t be helped but resort should offer transportation to another beach for the day. Grounds and facility could use some lightbulbs as a lot of areas were dark to navigate. Nothing to do after dinner and had plenty of area in hotel where they could have had a band or music. "Comfy hotel, but needs some updating. Pool was lovely and right at beach which was nice to walk. Check in was odd. You did it yourself. Could have more personal approach, but found that it was now government run so probably not enough staff. Beautiful location makes up for any shortcomings. "

"We had the Best room !! Facing the ocean and right over teh beach area. ALL areas of teh resort were very well maintained and cared for. Staff was Very friendly and super nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway !!

"The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. "An awesome experience. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and very clean. Never a problem having access to food and drink...24/7. Always something to do, and I really enjoyed the included snorkeling excursions (3 per day)....just make sure to book early. Same with the a couple of their higher end restaurants....be sure to make a reservation ASAP. Having said that, we were able to have great dining experiences at the other restaurants with no reservation...
