"I arrived around 6pm to find out I needed a code to get inside the room, I never receive that code from the property manager, I tried to contact the property but no luck, I had to deal with Expedia for 2 hrs in the phone to find me another place to stay which was 30 min drive from where I was, it is the property job to make sure their guest have that code before arriving. "The location, the nature and the beaches were wonderful, we loved the pool also. The room was dated, but it was clean. The buffet did not have to many options, and one thing for me that it was horrible it was not clean and not maintained from the stuff, they were a few from the stuff would service you well, but mostly not. They were flying ants all over, you had to wait in the morning to have cooked eggs. The bar at the restaurant was very dirty. I tried to enjoy the nature and views to make it...

"The staff and food were horrible. 2 or 3 people were pleasant. Only the cheese hamburgers were good. Nothing else. Staff act like they are doing us a favor. They don't talk they answer with there eyes. Not happy 😒"
