Gerald down at the Towel/Sports Hut was also exceptional at making sure we had a terrific time out on the Hobi Cat, snorkeling, or enjoying the wave runner. He made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable day. The resort amenities were outstanding, providing everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Whether unwinding by the pool, dining at the restaurants, or simply takin in the peaceful atmosphere, every detail contributed to an unforgettable vacation. The location is absolutely breathtaking. Nestled along 4 stunning beaches are among the resort's greatest treasure-pristine, uncrowded, and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, or taking long, peaceful walks along the shore. Hawksbill Resort offers spectacular views and a tranquil setting that makes it easy to disconnect and recharge. Overall, Hawksbill exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of exceptional staff, outstanding beach bungalows, a gorgeous location, and some of the most beautiful beaches we've ever experienced made for an unforgettable stay. "The property, people, beach and room at Pinapple Beach Club were excellent The issue was the food, the Restaurants were either closed?, or booked up, so we had to eat at the buffet every day which was OK for breakfast, but this was our 40th wedding anniversary. We did get a reservation at the Ochrid steak restuarant but had to pay an additional $100 to eat there and the Lobster was rubbery and cold It would have been nice to have pool and beach side drink service as well. It seemed the resort was under staffed and did not have enough people or they would rather you eat at the buffet to save them money The rooms, grounds and beach were fantastic so our only issue was getting a reservation at more than one restaurant during our stay to get the true upscale resort experience Curt and Beverly Bragg"

I think they need new towels, and if they are going to wash the guest clothes they should add fabric softener to give the clothes a nice smell.
