"I can't say enough about the service and staff. The entire butler staff was so accommodating especially when we dealt with Michael. All our excursions and transportation was handled by the butler staff. This was our second time at Hodges Bay Resort and it was even better than our first time. "Four adults stayed in Cottage 1 at Buccaneer Beach Club. We checked into a clean cottage and it was cleaned every 2nd day. Shout out to Natalie who cleaned and always had the nicest smile and kind soul. Stanley is one of the first faces we saw, he greeted us and helped with the luggage and groceries we had. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them.
