"We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa expecting exceptional service and holiday as it was one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel. To be honest the stay was good overall. The accommodation is a bit older but is well maintained. The staff at the hotel were mostly good to amazing. The staff tried to help, but most could not speak English or any of the other languages we speak. I used the Vietnamese to English phone apps that are free to use. "Die Poolanlagen und der Strandbereich sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich im Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist schlecht geschult, so wusste ein Mitarbeiter nicht wo der Parkplatz für Roller ist oder wann der Transfer zum Flughafen angeboten wird. "
