"The staff, from the beginning to the end of our trip, were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure that all of our needs were met. The hotel is situated in one of the most breathtaking locations imaginable and offers outstanding amenities, including a wonderful spa and beautiful pools.

"A lot of extra expenses that are not covered. Parking being number 1. Its an extra $36 to park a vehicle for 18hrs overnight, when the sign clearly says $24 daily rate. Plus the restaurant is very expensive for the portions that you receive. The room itself was great, but the added little things make it a much worse “deal” then it initially says."

"Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, but the toilet paper felt like RV toilet paper and the coffee was horrible; for such a beautiful built place it needs to remember the other half of the equation. Style and comfort."

"I stayed in a different building on the 3rd floor. The hallways were filthy and my room smelled. I opened the windows to help. The room itself was ok. Bed was comfortable and that's what is important when sleeping. But wish the halls were cleaner and room didn't smell. But for the price it was good. The front desk lady was awesome though."
