"Don’t be so cheap with charging people to get into their rooms a bit earlier than 4 pm, that’s really tacky just for a couple hours early. And don’t let mice relay rat bait and expire in 5th floor rooms, does the mouse cost extra too? The $5 drink was bad expensive enough. Other Embassy Suites don’t do that. "

"It was a really unpleasant experience at checkout. The official checkout time is 11 AM, but at 9 AM they already knocked on the door and even opened it themselves to ask if we were checking out. One hour later, another staff member came and knocked again, saying it was time to check out. im like omggg It was very confusing and disrespectful. I have never experienced anything like this before. I stayed in room 20503 from April 10–12. "

"We had our dog with us and stayed for one night. All the staff were very friendly. Location was good and was N easy walk to the strip. Breakfast was good. There were a few quieter areas across the road that were good to walk the dog as they had grass. Would stay here again. "

"Would stay there again for sure. Room was a whole apartment. Spacious and lots of room. A little outdated but it’s ok! We loved the kitchen and used it so save money! About 1.3 mile walk to the strip. Otherwise you have to uber, taxi or drive. Close to airport too. Shower had ok pressure and it made a funny noise but it’s ok. Also, we appreciate the lobby staff as we had to complain about loud noises and partying next door at 1 am. 3 fun pools, not heated just fyi. No hot tub. But overall fun. "

"I wish the pool was in working order. However we were allowed to go across the street to Residence Inn to swim and chill on the pool deck. "

"This is the absolute worst part of my trip thus far. They were EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY. OVERCHARGED ME 2/3 TIMES. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE "

"If you want to be in an extended stay or suite that has no supplies to clean the dishes with then this is the spot. If you ask for dishwashing liquid or a sponge, they charge for those. Never been to a place that doesnt provide dish soap or a sponge and never going back."

"The place was NASTY AND DIRTY. Too dusty, sliding door doesn’t even close properly. Bed sheets were dirty and obviously used several times. To the owner, at least you try to clean first. My family DID NOT STAY the whole weekend in the place and had to stay is the car for a night and booked a hotel the next day. "

"Great hotel, great staff, great amenities, and a great value. Unfortunately the room had some problems. Dirty bar of soap left in the shower with an empty bottle of body wash. Woke up to the A/C unit squealing in the middle of the night. Come to find out the entire cover was broken and just sitting on it. A musty moldy smell to our room. We shared a wall with the housekeeping storage and they didn't hesitate to make as much noise as possible. Heard every ding of the elevator and felt every step...
