"We have stayed at 8 different hotels on the strip now and this was our least favorite. The hotel and parking areas smelled really bad. We also never had a warm shower, the shower was always cold. "

"5 Stars! Immaculate Room! Friendly Staff (Idaly) checked us in was so very nice and answered all our questions and made sure we were informed of all the amenities available. Super Clean grounds. Loved that we were away from the crowd of the Strip. The pool and Jacuzzi was extremely clean and the kids had an amazing. time. Plenty of clean fresh towels available. The view was awesome. We could see the Ball and the Observation Wheel from our room. I could go on but the best part is my grandson left his phone in the room after we checked out and they called us to inform us. I highly recommend Home 2 by Hilton on Sierra and will be returning."

"This is our 3rd time staying here every time we come down to Vegas . Our room is big and clean. Easy to check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again next vacation."

"Check in lines were slow. Upon entering room, there was excrement on the toilet from previous occupant that was not cleaned. Rugs in room were dirty and in need of replacement. We asked for extra pillows and when employee brought them, she practically threw them at us and rolled her eyes like it was the biggest chore on the planet. Won't be staying there again."

"Pack your earplugs if you intend to go to bed before 2 am. Even though we were on the 28th floor, and had a view overlooking the strip. The music from the ground level was overwhelmingly loud. Imagine having a boom box in your head all night long. Miserable. We called the hotel guest services to request earplugs. They never came. 40 minutes later at 1:30 am, we called back again and were told they were out of earplugs. So the next day we went and purchased our own. The room we were in needed a remodel. It had damaged, worn down furniture, paint peeling off the cabinets and lumpy mattresses. No coffee service, no hand lotion. A very small mini fridge was the only “amenity.” Wi-Fi and cellular service were spotty at best, cutting in and out despite being charged $56 a day for resort fee with “Wi-Fi and Internet access. The only decent mid priced restaurant in the hotel had a 30 minute wait for breakfast even though half the restaurant was empty. All in all, not a good experience. I will not stay here again. "
