"The property itself was amazing. It was clean inside. It is downtown so outside they can’t control with people and you do see a few mice but that’s outside. As far as inside it is clean. I really enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again."

"This inn is a 10 out of 10. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They even upgraded our room to a suite which was incredibly clean and gorgeous. The breakfast is made to order with fresh fruit omelets pancakes. Whatever you think, they'll give you a list and you check off what you want the night before and they'll have it ready for you in the morning and we had it delivered to our room. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Excellent place"

"Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

"The hotel was in a very accessible part of downtown Baltimore right near the inner harbor. The room had a surprising number of amenities and was perfect for a short or longer stay with a fully stocked kitchen and cooking facilities. Complimentary breakfast had lots of tasty options every morning and even had iced coffee which was a pleasant surprise."

"When we checked in we were given a room that reeked of marijuana. I realize that is Baltimore, however, for those of us that do not care for the smell, it was quite appalling. However the staff was quick to give us another room without question. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The valet on the other hand was the worst, there was only one attendant and the hotel got very busy and it would take an average of 20-30 minutes to get your car. So, I would recommend staying here, but, do not...

"The rooms are outdated. The bathroom toilet was like being in a public bathroom. No space to store your toiletries. The bathtub was broken had to call. We asked for late checkout and everyone person you spoke to had a different answer. Some said $25 an extra hour when other people got check out till 2 for free. No consistency and some front desk people were just rude."
