"Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two. "The cleaners finish early so if you like a sleep in, they won’t clean your room. We usually went out in the late afternoon and so the best they could offer was to give us fresh towels and empty the trash. Our sheets and bed were not made the whole 5 nights we were there no matter how many times I asked."
