"Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two. "I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Great bar and restaurant. Valet parking was great and easy. Front desk staff was super helpful. Elevator seemed to make a lot of noise and a little claustrophobic but that's the nostalgia of old buildings."

"The cleaners finish early so if you like a sleep in, they won’t clean your room. We usually went out in the late afternoon and so the best they could offer was to give us fresh towels and empty the trash. Our sheets and bed were not made the whole 5 nights we were there no matter how many times I asked."
