"Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two. "I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Great bar and restaurant. Valet parking was great and easy. Front desk staff was super helpful. Elevator seemed to make a lot of noise and a little claustrophobic but that's the nostalgia of old buildings."

"I've stayed here two times in the last three years. Each time I had difficulty exiting the city-owned adjacent garage. Each time I had to leave the car and return to the hotel to enlist their help. Really stupid inept system. One time the hotel staff actually laughed in my face at my dilemma! During my most recent stay I spent far too much time attempting to find a working ice machine. "The hotel seemed as if it needed a little bit of a wash and freshen up. We had two TVs in our room and neither one worked. The valet also lost our AirTag. The valet manager was amazing and replaced it right away which was super kind of her."
