"The initial room I was given, the phone wasn’t working to call the reception, the tv sound wasn’t working, the shower wasn’t working for two days till I kicked up a fuss and they changed my room. "

"They moved us to a different hotel and made us wait a lot of time for check inn pulse they need to put someone who can speak multiple languages at the counter - the front guy was only able to speak in Arabic . "
