Clean, calm place with welcoming staff and spacious rooms. The housekeepers deserve special praise for their attention to detail. The food is also great and the shuttle to Masjid an-Nabawi is convenient and on time. Highly recommend this hotel

Most comfortable stay

Location is excellent, right next to the Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment is clean, nice and spacious. Service is excellent - both the front desk as well as the restaurant staff. There is even a welcome fruit and snack platter.

I would give a score higher than 10 if that were possible. The staff were wonderful, the rooms spacious and nice, and the breakfasts delicious. The hotel is connected with secure doors to a mall. There was also a free shuttle to the Prophet's Mosque for all prayer times. Finally, cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

Reason I always come here since last four years is the STAFF is amazing . They always make me feel home and treat us like there family … to mention few names Mr Nassrudin is backbone for this hotel .. I envision him to grow great with his caring nature hope Marriot recognizes him and gives him platform to grow Also Mr Showkat is another strong pillar for Marriott .. he will also be valuable member with unlimited success cz of his problem solving capability and strong advocate for Marriott brand and should be given opportunity to accel in Marriott chain As mentioned ALL staff in All departments are exceptional Also Mr Amir is another great Marriott representative who is kind and hopefully will accel to higher levels in Marriot Also all cooks in kitchen including Mr Azzad are exceptional chefs with kind behavior which adds pleasure to the stay Current GM Mr Rizwan Aldo has been great and took care of room issues in an expedited fashion and envision him to be successful with Marriot brand aswell I also want to recognize Mr Noor who is multitalented and worked in transport What a wonderful soul he is and so helpful to every body He is another strong pillar for Marriot aswell and admin should help to a cell him to higher level aswell Dr Omar Wani, MD,FACC,FSCAI Director Cardiology Chairman Department of Internal Medicine Northern Arizona Healthcare

First the checking took very long time . .Only one person doing the checking process, and one person taking the luggage to the rooms . The next day my Son was very sick which prompt me to check out after the first night. They still charged me entire 4 nights stays claiming this is Expedia rules I contacted Expedia and they told me the opposite that I can get my money refunded because of medical emergency .After speaking to on duty manager I was told me we will take care of this issue But noting happened …. I kept calling to get update, was informed no one is available to take my call. They were unhelpful . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone
