"This property is excellent. The staff are always very helpful, it’s so close to the Yamanote Line station. It’s close enough you can walk or ride the train to Shinjuku but far enough that you don’t hear noises at night. There’s food options and stores close by, there’s laundry faculty, a public bath and the rooms have tatami mats. Enough space you can move without bumping. Theres breakfast in the morning. Check out is at a later time too!"
"We stayed 3 nights. Family of 4. Room was small for 4 ppl but we expected that. Space was clean, modern (with USB outlets) and had extra supplies to make our stay comfortable like slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Staff were friendly and responded timely to pre-arrival questions. There is an inexpensive Airport Bus transportation that drops and picks up very close to hotel. Location was very good with 2 metro stations within walking distance. Shinjuku entertainment district was very close and...

"This is 10/10 rating for the hotel! They provide all the toiletries you need everyday during trip which is so friendly nowadays as many hotels only provide limited toiletries on request. The 47floor provides free drinks and relax space that is a wonderful experience after a hectic day. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. I will return to this hotel if i go to Tokyo again. Highly recommend!"
"My first time staying here and will stay again the next time. My twin bedroom and bathroom are very clean for a friendly budget hotel. Staffs are nice and spoke perfect English. Location was excellent with a lot restaurants nearby and walkable to all shopping mall. They offered free coffee, tea, and orange juice in the morning and also free toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion and etc. at the lobby. "

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted.
Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
