"Hotel staff and property were just what we were hoping for. Our room had plenty of space and the bathroom amenities were excellent. Since we were only there 1 night, we can't wait to come back and stay on our next visit."

"The hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious that my one year old daughter could walk around and she was happy. The room was also clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotels in Tokyo are usually small so I was worried to travel to Japan with a toddler, but I had a great stay at this hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Tokyo!"

"The place is located in a very central location. You get a free beer hour and amenities like towels , coffee, toothpaste and brush and mouth wash, sandles. there's a laundry room you can use if you pay wich is reasonable. The showers were clean , the toilets also and the seats are heated with bidet's. The only things I would say I want to point out is I am 5'8 in freedom units and the bed just barely fit me when in the elevated position. So be aware if you are taller this might be a tight fit. There is a fan but no AC . So those who like a cool temp might have an issue. I did not And the other thing is when the beds are flat you can almost not open the door to your pod. My keypad malfunctioned and I couldn't initially get out of the unit. I had to push my mattress up to get the door past it. The staff quickly helped me once I could get out to ask. But overall as a solo traveler I very much enjoyed my stay For people who are wondering because I was nervous about fitting your luggage. There is a roll out shelf under your bed the size of the bed so any suitcase will fit with ease "

"Pros: Room was clean Complimentary Slippers, robe, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and bottle water in the room was a nice touch. Standard electrical outlet to charge phone Bathroom was clean but a bit small Small refrigerator, coffee maker and teapot Staff was helpful Located across the street from Train stop 7-Eleven and Family Mart only steps away HND Airport about 20 mins via train. Cons: No closet but couple of hooks and hangers Ice machine on one floor only Microwave on the lobby level only No iron or iron board "
