"Our room was wonderful. We ask for a king bed as my husband is 6’3” and 250. Biggest bed we’ve ever slept in. The subway is attached adjacent to the hotel in the Shiodome and we used it for most of our events. Drops you right at Old Tokyo and the Kabuki Theater - which we really enjoyed. Staff were all very helpful. "

"Rooms were typically small but functional. Virtually no room for my large luggage and the bathroom was small. Room was just very tight, but it is adequate for one person. It would be hard to fit two people comfortably in the room. "

Did not use laundry facilities, but it was nice to know that they were available (and you can check which machines are in use via the TV, great feature!). Will gladly stay again."
