"Room 416, 4th floor - behind the lift but no noise at all, view over hotel front to mountains above. Big comfortable room, black out blinds, super-king bed, great bathroom and lots of extra facilities, tv remote very temperamental but overall a great room."

"This is a five star hotel for good reason. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but the staff is what make it truly incredible. We had a great experience with everyone we encountered. That is a high bar to meet in hospitality. It was so nice being able to talk to concierge to make reservations, use e-bikes, get a ride in shuttle and private car. Love this hotel!"
