"Staff.was.so friendly"

"Love the rocking chairs outside the room."

"Room was clean, staff was great, perfect for our quick get away to see our kid at WCU."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Frenchie was very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to converse with. Rooms are clean, staff are polite and friendly. We will stay there again when we come back to Franklin."

"Great stay with a very friendly staff. We spent 3 nights and it was a very quiet and restful atmosphere. I will stay here again for sure!"

"It was clean and it was cheap. All I need from a hotel. I will stay there again."

"Tim was wonderful and attentive! The lodge itself was beautiful! Highly recommend "

"Great location. Snazzy room and bathroom, lovely 24/7 fireplace lounge! Conveniently located - walking distance to excellent restaurants. High end shopping only. Disappointed that front desk staff needed to disparage the recent black lives matter protest... people are entitled to their ugly social and political views, but I prefer they kept them to themselves in a business transaction."

"This is a perfect getaway destination for rest"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay overall, staff very helpful providing any amenities, lovely garden patio, great location on Main St. Only real sour note was at the very end of our trip...all info says complementary breakfast provided as part of the price we paid for room but when we arrived for breakfast we were notified that we had to pay for breakfast because we went thru hotels.com...staff should have told us that..."
