"This is my second stay and it did not disappoint. Came for a business trip from London. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast waitresses. They could not do enough for us, with a smile. One lady even told us all of the history of the building. The Bar was very busy due to a function so we avoided it this time, but breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Rooms are lovely and clean with everything you need. "

"The hotel was situated on the seafront. There was a bus stop and tram stop directly outside the hotel. Although at an extra cost there was lots of safe and secure parking which we were happy to pay. The hotel was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable. The Bed and Breakfast package we purchased was great value for money. Lots of choice for breakfast and well cooked. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When visiting Blackpool again we will certainly stay at this hotel."
