"Second time staying here, two adults, two teenagers. Beds and bedding are nice and comfortable, nice large bathroom. Quiet sleep. Friendly polite staff. Room service every day, plenty of towels. Literally a few minute walk to Liverpool One. Will stay again. "

"Great sized rooms. We opted for a balcony room which was nice to have! Such a huge and comfy bed! Usual shower facilities (not too much space to move in it but it did the job) but also had a really good sized bath! Everything everywhere from entrance to bars to corridors to rooms was immaculately clean.the staff were all incredibly up beat, polite and friendly. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Liverpool. Great location right at the side of the cavern quarter and near all...

"I didn't dislike not one thing, The hotel was wonderful, all the employees at the hotel were impeccable. Very professional very friendly Very nice to speak to I came away with new friends At this hotel I won't ever forget my stay at the indigo And all the friendly staff. I intend on going back there again the food in the restaurant was absolutely the best ever I love that hotel and every one I met there on staff"
