"Excellent serucity staffs and terrible owner. due to iwner did not give info, I was stuck at entrance for 1.5hrs in 35 degrees environment. no respond with chatting, phone calling. Hotels.com neither help anything. The secirity staff tried hard to contact the owner. In the end I could enter.. Otherwise I could not. in the end, the owner gave message made by AI."

"The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. "

"This place is very good for Lego land visitors with family. I had one problem. We were 7 of us but the property is meant for max 3 to 5 persons We were told that they provide extra footon for 2 people but they are nothing more than a cheap foldable bed. There is no place to put the bed on the floor and the foldable bed is not a good quality bed. Else it’s a good property "

"I booked this place based on the reviews. However, the condition of the place was totally the opposite. The room furniture was run down, and there was always noise (like rats scratching). The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I did not want to give any stars. Folks who wish to stay there, please make sure you have RM100 in cash. Otherwise, you will have to walk two blocks away to withdraw cash from an ATM. Totally unfriendly system. I arrived at 9.30pm after spending 6 hours on the road and had to put up with this nonsense. You have been warned. Good luck."
