"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out."

"Communication not strong. Instructions should have send one day in advance. The location full of constructions and inconvenient to drive. We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! Parking is a problem after midnight
"They closed all access to the parking after midnight and i had to go around the midvalley for numerous times just to find the entrance to the parking. When i asked the security, they pointed to Gate 2 but it was closed as well. After several rounds, went and see the security at the lobby again and he said it is open without even checking it. Had to argue for some time before he finally reached out to mall security to help and open the gate. Please improve. "
