"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"Communication not strong. Instructions should have send one day in advance. The location full of constructions and inconvenient to drive. We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! However, the house is clean and comfortable. It will be better if broom is provided as we need to do some cleaning for 4 days staying."

"Communication with property owner was easy and quick. It would be good if proper instructions like where and which directions to go to was given. Property was located in Tower B which was a bit difficult to navigate to as the main entrance was for Tower A and there was a need to ask the security guard for directions. Room was very spacious. "Condition of apartment was livable though a bit dated eg. broken cabinet door. Cleanliness wasn’t the best as there were stains in kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the agent could be improved. I was not given the check in details until close to checkin time. Agent did not bother to reply to my enquiries via Expedia’s ‘Contact Hotel’. I was traveling when the complicated check in details were sent to me via WhatsApp. Finding WiFi to view checkin videos when traveling was a challenge....

"The security is Safe. But the interior was totally down, Water Tap, Shower Holder faulty. Master Bedroom curtain almost fall out. No TV remote control, Wifi broke down and waiting for 3 nights, nobody repair it, poor children unable to log in their Ipad. Flying pan alot of scratches Not Safe to cook. Only can text the owner no voice communication. Sad. "

"Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out."
